Precautions
Please read carefully before use
1. In a logistics park trailer scene, a radar has a blind spot, thus one radar is needed above and below to ensure vehicle passage. The radar installation should not be level with the pole. Installation height for cars: 60cm-65cm from the bottom of the radar to the driving surface. Installation height for trailers: 100cm-110cm from the bottom of the radar to the driving surface.
2. If the radar's front is obstructed by license plate recognition or other objects, it must be installed on a separate pole to avoid these obstructions.
3. In areas with many ground covers or large metal plates, usage is not recommended. Small area covers or tracks can be used (confirmation with manufacturer's technical staff required).
4. Radar is not recommended in sharp turn scenarios, or in mixed pedestrian and vehicle roads as pedestrians can interfere with the radar.
5. In scenarios where vehicles enter and exit simultaneously, it's required that each vehicle corresponds to a single pole; do not follow vehicles or linger under arm.
6. For advertisement arm, barrier arm, or fold arm, the best installation position for the radar is facing the direction of incoming vehicles. If not possible, each vehicle should correspond to a single pole and avoid lingering under arm.
7. Do not power the radar using a 12V output from a barrier gate motherboard; an independent 12V 1A~2A power supply is needed.
8. When the pole's lowering angle exceeds 45 degrees, the radar's sensitivity to detecting intruding objects will decrease.
Installation Instructions (Schematic)
Install the radar vertically on the barrier box with the indicator light facing upwards.
Installation height for cars: 60cm-65cm from the bottom of the radar to the ground.
Installation height for large vehicles: 100cm-110cm from the bottom of the radar to the ground.
Distance between the radar and the barrier arm: 20cm.

Connect the red wire of the radar to the positive terminal of the independent 12Vpower supply.
Connect the black wire of the radar to the negative terminal of the independent 12Vpower supply.
Connect the yellow wire of the radar to the common of the barrier gate motherboard.
Connect the purple wire of the radar to the inductive loop detector of the barrier gate motherboard.
Environmental Calibration (Background Learning)
(After the radar parameters are set, it is mandatory to perform on-site environmental calibration.)
Learning steps:
1. Lower the pole to the horizontal plane.
2. Press the button three times consecutively, and wait for the green light to stay on
(about 20 seconds).
3. Use the remote control to raise and lower the pole, depending on the type of pole.
· For straight poles (only one raise is required).
· For other types of poles, raise and lower the pole 5-10 times.
4. Raise the pole to the vertical position, press the button three times consecutively, and
wait for the red light to stay on (about 20 seconds).
*Notes:
1. Before pressing the button three times consecutively for the second time, the barrier
pole must be in the raised position. Before starting environmental learning, removeunrelated objects from the setting area to ensure the passage is in its usage state.During the learning period, no person or object should enter the setting area;otherwise, the learning is considered failed, and you need to relearn.
2. If the on-site environment changes, relearning is required.
