The DZ-138B automatic barrier gate is engineered for diverse applications including expressway toll stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, and more. It incorporates third-generation servo motor technology with international leading integrated design, offering compact structure, high precision, and standardized performance.

In toll applications, collisions between vehicles and barrier booms occur frequently while maintaining permanent operational readiness. The optional auto-swing-away flange allows the barrier boom to automatically return to its original position, preventing damage to both boom and barrier while reducing downtime.

When a vehicle collision occurs, the barrier boom disengages, swings to the side, and is secured by a pivot shaft. Springs then return the barrier boom to its proper position in the flange, eliminating the need for manual re-engagement by staff.

It offers advanced swing-away flanges designed to protect the barrier arm, vehicle, and motor during a collision.

While many standard models require manual re-engagement of the arm after a collision, an optional auto-return swing-away flange is available, which enables the boom to automatically re-engage, particularly on foam-equipped barrier arms.
